I figure the sisters are distributed across ages ~10 - ~18, and the story is basically about how they all adjust to living in the sci-fi future. They all start as the 'same person', but wind up adapting in wildly different manners based on their peers and environment and how they're treated.

I have an idea for an entire manga basically.It's inspired by undead unluck. In that show there's a concept of how "rules" are added to the world which change everything. Like time, death, disease, and sex was one of them. So sex was added and people thusly became girls. I'd like to take that concept. I imagine a main cast of guys tasked by some gods to go on quests and find all of the missing rules that have been taken away from the world. Shit got fucked and now these concepts need to be added back into the world so shit functions. The rules are positive instead of negative. And yeah, everyone in the world currently is a guy. Everything got fucked and things have had to be re made essentially. Eventually the main cast would find the "sex" rule and return it back to base. This would happen about 1/3rd to halfway into the story. Abd once this rule is brought back in, half of the entire cast will of course become girls (including the MC). I imagine the exact scene playing out with the characters having brought orb or whatever back that has the rule, and the god explaining to them that there's new going to be women along with men in the world so people can reproduce. This excites everyone until the god announces that half the population will be women, meaning half the "current" population who are at the moment all men. The main cast freaks out as they realize that some of them are about to turn into girls and people are dreading that they will be one of the ones to get turned. One by one half the guys are turned into girls. With the MC being the last one. His main rival now determined to slam his pussy. The hard ass leader general dude also becomes a hot chick. It's permanent and the characters that turned live out the rest of the story and their lives as women with absolutely zero ability to go back.

I feel like I've exhausted all of the good gender bender content. I've watched every anime. Read all of the good mangas. Seen every pic from every good deviant artist. Even watched all of the good live action stuff. I played magical camp, and no game seems like it's going to be that good. I've scoured TV tropes and checked out everything on the list.
