Like adding (tall:1.3),(slender:1.4), narrow hips, narrow waist, etc. With small enough weights, the shot usually doesn't change too much but only the body is modified. Try also increasing the weight of the person itself. In rare cases, you need to lower it instead so it doesn't fight the other attributes.
