I've been looking for this RPG maker game I played years ago and haven't been able to find, and was hoping this might sound familiar to some anons:

You play as a busty, black haired Japanese student council president who has the outward appearance of being a prim, proper, and perfect student but is inwardly incredibly horny with all kinds of fantasies.
The game starts with her finally being able to act on those desires (golden week or something) and you can explore an open world town setting to get in all kinds of shenanigans.
The key feature was balancing her reputation as she became more bold in acts, and potentially getting a bad end if you let it get to zero. One of the examples I remember was going to the glory holes and choosing to be either anonymous, or put her student ID over the hole. I don't recall there being any overarching story other than letting her slut it up with endings ranging from "slutty nee chan at the park" to "enjoy getting blacked by a foreigner who has no idea what this crazy jap is saying"
It really was a 10/10 game that I lost to a computer crash some time ago, and I haven't been able to find it since.

The game is "Curious Tales of Yaezujima -Rinko Kageyama's Endless Summer-"

You play as a [spoiler]shotacon[/spoiler] school teacher returning to her home island [spoiler]after being caught fucking a student[/spoiler] and end up in a time loop.
Apart from the expected sex and whatnot, it has the best designed maps/areas I've ever seen in an RPG Maker game. Seriously, some of the areas have more detail than some conventional/non porn games.

I found myself actually caring about the story as I pursued each ending, and by the time I gained access to the true ending I was legitimately invested in the story. It also does a good job explaining why everyone is so horny on the island that has an incredible climax. Apart from the well written story, it ends on a fantastic cliffhanger for a potential sequel that looks just as fantastic.

Anyway, even if you don't like the venus-style of Rinko or the general artstyle, it is still a fantastic game I recommend.

Read the F95 thread linked in the description, it has an almost complete fanTL.
Plays much better in mkxp-z (JoiPlay if on the phone) than in its native VX Ace.
Cons: absolutely unfappable art, has cuckshit (but in minimal quantity and disabled by default).
Tips: use Soldier for the first playthrough, you don't want to miss out on shields. For money: unlock fast travel by visiting western and northern cities, then trade shrooms between them (buy in W, sell in N). For equipment: identify drops (savescum if desperate), farm bosses (drop rates are bad but not awful), particularly phys ring from the crab at the bottom of the starting cave. Karma=0 rewards with one of the best armors in the game (MC-only), but the thief girl's storyline requires at least 30 karma to start it, so you'll have to raise it back if you go for the armor first (not a problem, but a time sink).

You drop the .exe and .dll files next to your Game.exe, set RTP path in .json to wherever you installed RTP used by your game and play it via mkxp-z.exe instead of the original Game.exe
Alternatively, use RGD .exe instead. That one is Windows-only and doesn't need any configuration at all.
Neither will work your game uses third party DLLs (TRGSSX, tktk_bitmap and such).

You will literally deface the SOVL. If there's anything that an AI would improve, it's censorship. A cheap and easy improvement would be upscaling everything like the emulators do with texture replacement for increased internal resolution. Hi-res builds of mkxp-z would utilize that (as opposed to only using hi-res font rendering).

It's an open world game with a karma (good/bad/neither), overall fame and faction-specific reputation systems; some (few) quests can resolved in multiple ways. MC can change class at the start of the playthrough (no multiclassing), classes of companions ("buddies") are fixed. To start New Game+ you must complete a heroine's story and marry her, after that you can keep playing indefinitely and switch to NG+ anytime, carrying over nothing/something/everything from the last playthrough. NG+ unlocks the 4th class for the MC with all class skills grouped near the level cap, so you have rely on the equipment/shops/companions then.
I repeat, we're talking about Japanese porn games here. About 95% of them are untranslated low-effort RPG Maker trash. What you want is not here and cannot be here.

Yeah I actually started playing this one. The grind is an issue for sure, but it's not bad. It also is way more limited so far than what I can see in the screenshots. I got a bunch of new crafting tables but you can't exactly do everything you might think you could do (also the progression is ass).

I also wish it was less just generic-enemy spawning and more a procedural world. Like I want to be able to kill some innocent NPC and then talk to their family back at their house and have them make some generic comment saying they're sad because their family member died. Or alternatively become good friends with them, or help them with their generic procedural quests. Doesn't have to be amazing writing but I just want to be able to do anything and also have a sustained impact on the world that the NPCs recognize.

I'm not asking for anything impossible, this stuff very possible to make, it's just that no one has made it. It's like 1-2 steps removed from Lilith's Throne or Elona.
