That particular part is in low poly/lowest subdivision. Zbrush doesn't display normal smoothing (or normals for that matter) so you will see tesselation until the geo is made more complex. After subdividing a few times, more geometry is added between preexisting geo, allowing curved surfaces to smooth out while edges that I wish to keep sharp have been creased (adding edgeloops very close to those pre-existing edges)

I'm not asking for a full solid-geometry CAD suite in blender, that'd be an absurd amount of work for something that could never compete with purpose-built CAD software.
I just want some ported CAD-style tools to make hard-surface simpler. Even just a few simple things like tangent, concentric, and colinear constraints would be massively helpful compared to having to either eyeball everything or use some arcane 20-step method that you have to watch a video tutorial to understand.

It’s a scam, I know you people don’t know this but Vroid studio doesn’t accept custom content. Pixiv on the very start had let’s say more inappropriate content that Americans would hate. As such, only Vroid was allowed. You can clearly see it’s bad intentions when the model morths out of place, body parts go in and out, etc.

The common usage is Metasequoia 4 as it’s the real supported software for Vroid. What ever dumb thing the scammer did, will not work with real software like MMD, Vroid movie or Vroid Unity plugin.

As for the art yes it’s great but in the videos, you see it was done by many plugins which some are paid. The scammers clearly has zero knowledge about rigging and animation must be careful because he doesn’t understand how clothing works thus tries to manipulate how it should work instead of working as intended.

Not really, no. There's nothing particularly unbelievable about it and I'm acutely aware of my technical, artistic, and practical limitations, hence this thread. The hosting itself is dirt cheap. A legible domain name is max 20$/year if you don't use a meme TLD or one of the scammy "promo" domains. The VPS itself can be very cheap as long as it got decent I/O. €5/month should be plenty as long as the forum software itself isn't garbage.

To keep it secure, just keep off as much bloat off the server as you can, have a crontab entry to keep the TLS cert up to date and it'll be good for pretty much forever without needing to touch it. Best to subscribe to the security mailing list of whatever distro you use just in case you really need to update.

Biggest issue is spam. Especially pizza spam.
Pizza spam is so persistent and obviously unprofitable it's almost certainly something trying to take down smaller websites.
