Going through all the changes now, then I'll upload to MD.I've also downloaded and typeset all the pages that were fixed in the volume editions (e.g. the pages where Violet wasn't wearing his gloves) and the front pages where most of the titles were changed and the pokespe logo was removed. Pretty good chapter. Scarlet's attitude towards a friend who went astray was pretty harsh, but it looks like she does have a moral compass despite her attitude. Violet managed to gain some respect from her too, which I didn't see coming. It was a brief interaction but a fun one.I appreciate how Kusaka swapped the teams around so now we have Violet with Nemona and Scarlet with Arven. It keeps things from getting repetitive. I think this is the first chapter with all three companions since the first chapter or two. Miraidon with Scarlet is also interesting, I thought she would have used Koraidon at some point but I guess not. Also Scarlet's story seems to be unravelling. Now Clavell (and by extension the academy) has matched her with the masked girl, and I'm sure a quick investigation will tell him that she isn't supposed to be there. I wonder if that will lead him to Penny.

She probably does have a moral compass but it's good to see that part where she was a former Team Star member get developed more, even for just this chapter. It's good for the Team Star storyline as well. It's the storyline with the least integration into the main story in the games as well in the manga, but with the Team Star bases being used to have both MCs show up and to help develop Scarlet's backstory as a bonus, it's also helping to give some characterisation to the bosses as well. We're now 14 chapters in, so we should be starting the main storyline in full soon.
