I agree that Tein is like Tai Sui, but I don't think the problem is that they can't beat him. Yayoi was able to take on Tai Sui with a lot of preparation and luck. With how strong these guys are, I'd expect them to be able to take him on as well, though maybe they'd need to team up. I think they intentionally leave Tai Sui and Tein in their respective locations. Remember how Tai Sui kinda keeps things under-lock in his respective area? And how now that he's gone, Tein is moving around? I think they are left alive to promote some sort of balance in all of Japan. We know she's apparently just as cursed and that she has the same nerve stuff growing on her hand but we've never seen under there nor does Eiko ever say how she manages it. She's kinda yandere when it comes to Keitarou, and this curse ties them together (to the point she was able to find and pull him out of the Ouran's attack), so a part of me thinks she wants them to keep this curse and might even be part of the cause. She spies on him with cameras and phone bugs, but there's probably no technology that can get them more connected than that curse.

The Replaced are tricky. Kaya pretty much instakills any spirit if she gets her hands on them. But she has the same strength a kid her age has against adults. Someone else would need to drive the Replaced spirit from the body and then Kaya could finish it easily, provided they don't get a chance to curse her. Now that I think about it more, Kaya is basically a glass cannon, she needs support against the more advanced spirits in DG if she wants to be effective.

And there's no way Kaya is surviving some mad demon god dropping out of nowhere atop her head. There's also the additional fact that the Replaced are petty and evil enough to target her family as well to get to her, or just because they can.
