Honestly I think Gilgamesh is the raw strongest Archer but he's just so fucking retarded he will lose to much weaker people. It doesn't matter how directly powerful Gilgamesh is because he will do a quadruple axle into a backflip to grasp defeat from the jaws of victory, no matter what.He could beat any Servant in a minute if he took this seriously, but that's true of him and literally everyone who ever beat him, too.He really canonically has precog but if he sees anything he dislikes he ignores it. Which means he SAW Ishtar, his nemesis, grab his Gate of Bablyon key that he left in the ground, use it to screw him over in his moment of need- and still left it in the ground for her to do all of that. His actual personal strength doesn't matter, he'll blunder it all away regardless.

So if you want to defeat Gilgamesh, you don't need to be stronger than him. You only need to surpass his initial calculation of your strength.Subsequently, this means that in theory, almost anyone and everyone can beat him just so long as they end the fight a bit stronger than they were when they started. For instance, if at the beginning of the fight Gilgamesh decides "I'll only use this one sword to win and nothing else," all you need to do is be better than that one sword.
