Incidentally, Sekhmet is a lion-headed woman and Leo also had "lion" in his name. Hathor is a cow woman and the girl classmate had "cow" in her name, and refers to Sekhmet as "Leo-kun" which is more a phrase you'd use toward boys of the same age, and she's pretty much the only named classmate of his left unaccounted for, and all we know of her since is she joined the Mother Star Society but only get to meet her sister and not her herself. So logically, at some point she died (likely killed by the cult, even) and became a Hathor.tl;dr she probably dies offscreen at some point in the future, and doesn't become a monster until later. Unless she's also somehow a Nephilim and can swap between forms. Wouldn't surprise me either way since in the author's other series, the protagonist's sister also reincarnates as his card.
