Finished painting my Keiki GK. For the only 2hu who sculpts figures few people seem to have sculpted her. Kind of obvious on this one that the sculptor came from hand sculpting given the shallow keys on the big parts.

Something like the maji-suku and a small cordless drill for prepping your kit.I mostly paint eyes, but I used decals there as fucked up my attempt and realized that the included decals weren't bad unlike 99% of kits. GK decals are usually terribly printed if included at all unlike let's say Bandai decals which are precut and all that.Going to paint Hikari next.

You can also make your own panel liners, just buy a small bottle of paint that's the color you want and thin the shit out of it so that it flows easily inside the panel lines, then wipe excess on the parts with appropriate thinner. Zippo fluid is great for enamel because it's not as harsh on the plastic and evaporates quickly. Markers still have their use like small details and color correction
