Over past 2 years they improved their packaging techniques and adopted few counter measures like splitting fig into parts or attaching small "base" to feet that goes on top of actual base to fix this problem. My first figs from them came with broken fingers but recent had no damage at all.But their quality control also sucks. They don't polish their figs enough to get rid of printing lines and support pegs, pieces often aren't matching so there might be small gaps, and one fig looked like it had tiny chips on her feet and particles trapped under painting. Their paintjob is nice and they tend to try to smoothen up most exposed skin, but their clothing can be bad and I'm guessing they gave up on polishing off support pegs off hair because they don't want to risk breaking hair strands with how brittle material is. It sucks because they have tons of good designs so it'd be great is they actually invested in some proper machinery to do usual PVC figs. Apparently they made couple of their figs in PVC but most tend to be printed in fragile resin.I'm already starting to give up on them, I have 2 pre-orders, if they will be as bad quality as my Seraphina then I'll drop thhem completely and just buy bootleg GKs of their figs to paint them myself. At least they'll be made with slightly better material and I'll be able to polish them myself before painting.
