A lot less activity, but also a lot less shitty ritualposting.
Was there a massive exodus over the past 2 years? Or is this just /a/ with fewer bots?

There's been a steady exodus, many of whom left when 4chan went down after being hacked last year,
but also Ukraine blew up some russian data centres the other day and a lot of certain kinds of activity and topics have virtually disappeared around the internet

/a/ has been in a slow decline for years. It's had some bumps (covid) but it's been pretty steady. Truth is that 4chan as a whole is just dying. You can see it on 4stats.

The truth is that most people prefer to seclude themselves into their own small pocket community rather than engage with a topic at large. Which is why generals are still flourishing. You can see that places like /vg/ are barely losing posters. It's also why most of the activity on /a/ is specifically the generals and psuedo generals (DB and story times).
