how do I cope as a 28yo watching anime depicting teenagers that experience and achieve lots of stuff in three episode than my whole life
>>291734858Remind yourself that they are not real and neither are their achievements. You'll get nowhere comparing yourself to fictional characters.
>>291734858Learn a skill or accomplish that you're proud of :)
>>291734858That cope you feel is regret, which is the result of a a feeling of a lack of control over circumstances. That's normal, but also irresponsible to yourself because you can't live in the past OR the future. You can only live in today. So the thing you should do is remind yourself of your responsibilities today. Not your future responsibilities, and not responsibilities that are not yours. If you want to do cool things, make doing cool things your responsibilities. And find something to immerse yourself in and indulge yourself. If you think too much overthinking will lead you to the past or the future, which causes regret and anxiety.
>>291734858quit 4chan. get a life.
>>291734858You could start by finishing your English lessons, ESL-kun.
>>291735244Guide him. You amerimutts need to stick together not bring each other down.
>>291734858Become less selfish. The only thing I dislike about HS settings is when the characters have vapid dialogue or get involved in vapid plotlines. When I see other people happy, it reminds me that something is out there. Would you honestly feel better if everyone seemed as miserable as you feel? I would probably kill myself if the world was that disgusting.
>>291734858Stop being a faggot and fuck off.
>>291734858They are fictitious characters, so they didnt achieve shit.Op is a faggot as always.
>>2917348581. It's not real. 13 yo's in real life dont save the world and dont get a harem along the way. Your average Japanese teenager has a pretty boring lame life of constant studying for exams and maybe a couple of them do anything of note at a school sports club (but even that's meaningless at the end of the day). They're just like most kids in the western world.2. You should think introspectively about why you feel the way you do. Usually your late 20s early 30s are massive wake up calls where you're either successful by then or you've fucked up your college years/early 20s. If you are a genuine fuck up then view this as an opportunity to actually start turning your life around. Whether it be losing weight, learning a new language, starting a business, changing jobs, taking a risk for a chance to improve your current standing in life, now is the time to do that before you really start running out of time in your late 30s, 40s etc.
