I think this wasn't working when I didn't set up my birth date. Then the next day I downloaded the grok app and set up my birth date and it started working for me.

If the remove right picture prompt doesn't work for you on it's own, you can try adding something like and she opens her jacket or something like that. Worked for me every time I tried it.

Try describing it on your own as close as you can to match the image. Sora 2 is weird in that its the first AI generation model I've used out of the usual suspects like Kling, hailuo, Pixverse, etc. that really doesn't like Image->Video. I have a hard time with images to, but had much more luck when I switched to just describing. It doesn't like any sexual terms at all, or body parts really, but you can use, say voluptuous or other adjectives that haven't been put into the filters. Try to find what works.
