You can just do it gradually: start by ignore-listing all uninteresting games on the last few pages and then go from there, ignoring any unwanted updates as they come out and as you check the site. Eventually you'll have weeded out all the ones in active development, and older ones that aren't updated anymore won't show up anyway so they don't matter.BTW, there appears to be some site issue where if you use the option to completely hide ignored games from the Latest Updates page, it will break and randomly let through ignored games once your ignore-list gets too large, but making them greyed out like in that screenshot seems to work fine.
