I find the word annoying but I miss when we would pick up on random shit and then reference it two weeks later and still know what the other person is talking about without directly acknowledging it. We were just in sync in a sort of autistic way. Although, we don't really have anything in common anymore and it feels like people get less edgy with age. A part of me hates the idea of growing up because growing up really just means becoming well-adjusted to people who judge you and everything they do is just theatrics.
