Im starting to think the majors arent boring but something is wrong with me. I dont like anything. How can i fix this shit?

How are normies so locked in on their career while i dont care about anything above the bare minimum

What are you interested in? You can say anything. It doesn't have to be productive

Same. I wanted to build computers/electronics for a living then I switched to mechanical then I switched to electricial, then HVAC. I'm just confused about what I want to do with my life at this point.

My grades were extremely inconsistent, i could fail a math exam with 8% correct answers then score a 96% the next exam. This was true for every class except biology where i consistently scored around 75%

It's designed to be shit. The whole concept of working 9 to 5 in one field your whole life after being forced to waste the first 20 to 30 years of your life in academia is extremely unnatural and jewish and has only existed for 200 years of human history tops.

You're already stuck inside your own dusty gross ass room all day like a mega goy for $0/year
Your whole posts reads like someone who believes he has no agency in his life outside of the choice of what chud forum he'll shitpost in for the day, nothing will sound appealing with that mindset

Kek don't base your career decisions on video games and shows, that's your first problem. Get out in the real world and talk to people who have real jobs, figure out which one suits you best.

Nothing is wrong with you. Having a job sucks. Don't expect it not to suck. You do the bare minimum because they're paying you not because you're interested in it.
>>
>>34236007
Try and get a remote job or at least a hybrid one with minimal commute to maximize free time. Treat a job as some job and just live your life outside work. There is no shame in getting a 9-5/office job.

Very true. OP needs to see this.

This.

OP, everything you mentioned indicates that you have very low stress tolerance. In other words, you are lazy and want to avoid hard work at all costs.

>dont care about molecules and reactions and shit
>dont care about designing shit and doing math
>dont actually care about computers aside from using them to consoom
>hate being stuck inside a corporate building like some goy
>dont want to walk around with a fucked up back in my 30s

Every one of these reasons can be reduced a dislike of work. For the great majority of us, success can only be achieved through hard work, stress, and some risk. If you really watched Breaking Bad, you should have learned this by now.

Ah, the classic
>I liked the idea of doing something more than the actually doing it part
Seems to be a struggle a lot of NPCs and plebs have. If you can't either:
1) overcome the boredom of the day to day that every single career has for the bigger picture or
2) find something where the process is just as enjoyable as the outcome
Then just keep doing your regular ass job to put food on the table and save your passions for your hobbies and consoomption. Not everyone is destined to have some great and stimulating career they get fulfilled by, we will always need cashiers, stockers, factory workers, etc.
>>
Also blue collar only fucks up your health if you're a retard
I have two younger brothers in their early 30s who install flooring, which is supposed to be murder on your knees and back. Except they actually take care of themselves and work smart and still have the health and energy to go to the gym for hours after work almost every day.
You're lazy and have your expectations of what real life should be like based on TV programming, both of which are bad.

danm you sound like a fucking loser that views everything through a myopic 4chan lens and is secretly proud of it.

>The whole concept of working 9 to 5 in one field your whole life
That's actually what most people did, and it was even more rigid back in the day. If your dad was a smith, you became a smith. If your dad was a thatcher, you became a thatcher.
>after being forced to waste the first 20 to 30 years of your life in academia
That's the main problem. Compulsory standardized education was a huge fucking mistake, it crushes down geniuses and elevates idiots while filling your head simultaneously with propaganda and useless information. Imagine how much better things would be if instead of sitting through Holocaust class, the genius could study advanced math earlier while the guys destined for blue collar could start working their trades younger.

To be entirely fair Anon, almost the entire human race since the beginning of history has been engaged in a forward trajectory towards eliminating work, making work more efficient (And thus requiring less work) or seeking slaves, beasts of burden, machines, or other things to force to work so they don't have to. Its almost a universal constant that work sucks, people just want to be the benificiaries of work.
>>
Reading your thread, I can relate at 24 years old. Maybe we can just be neets who make money from investments.

How old are you, anyways?

so what's the answer? He can try to adapt to it but if his nature is completely incompatible with modern work standards he will never be happy and always suck at it and suffer

> work sucks, people just want to be the benificiaries of work

It’s just sad that OP is unable to accept this truth.

One day, the robots will do all of menial work for us. But even then, there will be haves and have nots, a world where a few live better and the rest live worse. There will always be something to complain about.
>>
>>34243463
The answer is for OP to change his nature and adapt. I understand what you’re trying to say and it will be difficult for him, but there’s no other choice.

You either change yourself to fit the world or you accept the fact that you will just not get certain things in life that other people have and just be comfortable with that. The world will definitely not change for you, that’s for sure. Changing the world instead is also not an option for OP because of his lazy nature.
>>
>>34241564
>Its almost a universal constant that work sucks
this isnt true, the majority of normies love their jobs since they get to dress up and chit chat with each other and if they are higher up on the corporate ladder they feel important. if you dont enjoy gossiping then you are fucked.

>>34236021
>doesn't want broken back because of a trade

By acknowledging the reality that most people avoid addressing:

You need money to survive. You probably aren't going to enjoy your job. You have two real options: having a job you hate that pay poorly or having a job you hate that pays well. If you're going to be miserable, you can at least be paid well for it.

Don't expect to find something you want to do or something that you'll enjoy. Find something that pays well, otherwise you'll eventually end up being forced to work anyway except you won't be getting paid well either.
