Whether it be making stories for novels, comics, or videogames. Just looking for a place where people can share concepts for plots, characters, and worlds anonymously. I could not imagine it going well if I went to any other website

well probably >>>/lit/ I sometimes browse it but 80% of discussion is tryhard philosophy and people discussing the same old boring classic authors like Proust or Nietschze.
You could also start your own brand new general btw.

I would think so. You could try going in to an archive website and type something like: "creative writing" or "story ideas" or something and see where you end up.
