Feel like gradually, throught my life I changed as a person. Can't say I'm the same from the one I was from 2 years ago. However, I really need a drastic change of view. What's the easiest way of achieving that?

You could try to do a self-evaluation or a self-recognition as if you listed all your previous actions or as you were, it could also help you recognize your mistakes or good deeds to learn from them, I answer this because I managed to recognize myself recently of what I was in 2023, You could even give yourself a moment to overthink what you were, although it is complex if you ask for help because being focused is key

Nobody really is the same, we change all the time, for better or worse... but, if you really want to change, I recommend taking steps, even if small, towards distancing yourself from what you believe leads to undesirable behaviors or thoughts. I think trying to be too drastic may backfire, so I think it's alright to take it easy at first, and slowly work towards it.

I guess that could include spending less time online, doing/trying new things, trying to reconnect to your own past and the people that were part of it, meditate a little on the type of person you want to be moving forward, the type of things you want to dedicate yourself to, etc.

Well, I understand your lWell, I understand your I am really happy that you are processing a lot day by day as a person as giving changes for the better even in your own decision-making, we always change you are right about it because every decision and new way of thinking that we make is a new change

You can tell yourself you are different but the fact is you are the same. A lot of that mentality you have is cope and self soothing to escape accountability
