Your phone and computer are to blame for why you CONTINUE this lifestyle. If you didn't have infinite entertainment devices and spend all day on 4chan, you would feel enough boredom to get out there. You would not be sitting in your parent's house staring at a wall 16 hours a day.

You need to put away the distractions permanently, and make tiny permanent steps outside your comfort zone. You don't have to start working even close to 40 hours a week. Plenty of retail and food service type places see people like you more often now.

If you worked at a fast food restaurant, I wouldn't be surprised if you meet coworkers that make you think "wow, they're even worse off than I am!"
