I’ve never actually used 4chan, but I have no where else to ask. How do I get a job, I’ve tried applying to like almost every available place and haven’t heard back.

>>939911795The job you would settle for? Call them after applying online to show your are not a bot but interested in following up on ur application. Always works for me. Don't sound desperate. Act like your doing them a favor. I hired people before. Did the application online? The more recent the better it usually pops up immediately. I sometimes don't check them all because it's usually fake application from all over the world.
I’m still in high school on my junior year, I’m not actually really sure what to even answer on the applications tbh. I’d settle for anything like cashier or janitor, anything to get money bruh I’m broke

On the other hand, you are motivated to find a job, even if it's only for the money.You will likely only be working in food service or retail. Any employer knows you will only stick around for a year or two at most so you will only get a job that doesn't require them spending a ton of resources training you. There are a lot of those jobs out there.I have worked retail. I have worked (back-of-house) food service. I have worked an hourly mechanic job. I am a salaried engineer now. I have conducted interviews and even hired one or two people on behalf of my boss. If you, as a high school junior, call the places you've applied, that alone shows you're more interested than 80% of candidates. If you're nervous about calling, get over it, you are going to be interacting with people if you get the job anyway.
