Hello. I am grandpa 4chan. I have lived in my parents basement until I am 55 years old. I love to read /b/ and /r9k/. If you need wisdom on how to live in mommies basement for a long time, let me know in this thread.
Hi ojii-san, I have some questions>Do you have NEETbux?>You must have been about 35 when 4chan was starting out, what did you do before then? How long have you been here? >What stands out for you about 4chan? What are your favourite threads? Any legendary moments you want to reminisce about that happened over the years?Congratulations on escaping the rat race for so long, I'm rooting for you grandpa 4chan!

>>942751272Yes please helpHad to move back in my parents’ at 26 because I couldn’t handle bills. I’m planning to save until I have enough for a place for myself (apt or small house)I’m still with them because they know how I try to save money
>>942751386> NEETbuxno go, it is only $2,400 per year CDN. I think you have to get a doctor to support your application and then you have to do some sort of volunteering with your disability too.> before 4chanThere was VHS, the library, and BBS.> favorite threadI used to like green text, but this trend has died a long time ago. Now I will usually look for threads with hot clothed women in them, then I will reverse image search and hunt down there instagram/onlyfans. I usually just like finding them, but not really stalking their profile. In the old days it was not possible to reverse image search so finding the original was very difficult and only professional stalkers could do that.> legendary momentsIn the 2000s there were some big memes on /pol/, I had a stroke a while ago so my memory is very shitty at recalling. I think the invasion of iraq and the war on terror probably stand out the most at how fucked up post 9/11 was. Or the invention of smart phones and how much stuff on /g/ posted about apps mobile games, mobile streaming like youtube in bed and 4chan in bed were a game changer.I am sad at 4chan in the 2020s seems like the /pol/ culture has diminished. It just kind of talks about the stagnant wars in the east and donald trump all day. There aren't any meme events anymore; as in, chaotic political events out of the blue. It's all a slow slog about the same wars and president./tv/ is also really shitty now, I don't know if this is because all the new movies are shitty or not.
