So why does it feel like it’s dying, why is it so slow and unoriginal. b used to fly, create a thread it dropped off within minutes, pol used to have influence and was the same way now it crawls.
>>946117947Everybody misses moot, it's not the same since he left.
>>946117947they're mostly chatbots and paid shills.
>>946117947Some IBs with few users have a lot of activity because they don't have captchas. Also this design is from the 90s and doesn't work very well on cell phones.
>>946117947Those numbers seem total BS
>>946117947Where did you get those stats?>So why does it feel like it’s dying, why is it so slow and unoriginalBots and porn addicts
>>946117947>b used to flyWell thats your problem, the spammers ruined it and everyone went to /r9k/, use other boards, the sites doing fine regardless of /b/.
>>946118632>from the 90s>doesnt work well on cell phones4chan started in 2003 retard, the design would be from 2003. And stop being a phone fag reddit spacer. Problem solved.
>>946119712>4chan started in 2003 retard, the design would be from 2003Man, just when I start to think internet people aren't actually all that stupid...
>>946119712Wow you are retarded AND a newfag
>>946117947Bots and shillsAlso you made up those numbersAlso some boards are literally faster than /b/ now
>>946118261I don't miss moot. It's not like he was some super fun guy and he desperately wanted to get away from 4chan. If you guys want to revitalize /b/, knock it off with the stupid shit. People would start threads about obscure or grim subjects that interested them. We had creepypasta threads. People would create things. Anons would stream movies and we'd have hilarious chats while watching them. We'd try to be as offensive as possible. It was great.
>>946117947It's not dying. They've just moved to the more retarded boards like /pol/. Also, too many normies joined after 4chan got too much media attention./b/ is dying, that's for sure. Back when I started here in 2009, the board was a much more fun place. Sure there was always porn and shitty threads, but it was more about memes, community, raids, and overall fun shit.We don't need 30 porn threads and 10 andy sixx threads. We need more OC and fresh pasta. There isn't even enough users on /b/ to stop combos anymore, like >>946120887
>>9461208104chan got too out of hand, that's why he left. Realistically, he created a monster, and nobody wants to be associated with that.
>>946121074That is true, but his goal was to be a tech bro and he would have destroyed this place to achieve that goal had there not been nutcases too attached to it. His attempts to sanitize the place were laughable. I don't even play video games but when the mods leaked the gamergate IRC chats I joined the migration to infinity chan. It was less fun than 4chan is even now.
