I have been on 4chan for most of my adult life and just now developing this growing affinity for east Asia after dating a Korean/Japanese girl for a little bit. Particularly Korea and Japan.

Is it worth it to learn one of these languages? I of course want to travel eventually.
I don't want to become some sort of weeaboo but... where to go from here?

FWIW, I am not white.
