There's nothing you or anyone else can personally do unless you use something like Wireshark to intercept the call or text and sniff the packets to reveal the original IP which you can then potentially geolocateThis assumes the IP isnt spoofed in which case it gets even more complicated. Best best is to contact the cops so they might be able to build a case on the guy in case hes doing it to anyone else.
