And the better question is how are you so fucking fat on a steady diet of these bland gopnik holodomor foods. You have to be visiting your local mcdonalds like atleast twice a day, maybe it's close to the walmart you work in so you always eat there before and after your shifts

i dont think ill have to worry about that for a while ,my bmi is still 19.2
but i have alot more energy now tho when i eat alot so ill probably start working out soon
also i have a crab that i bought on a whim and not sure what do with
>>
>>23366091
Thats not THAT low. Iv been at like 14 before :/ the only reason I mentioned it is because when I was trying to get to a healthy weight I got used to eating insane amounts and I kinda overshot the mark and iv been overweight since :(
Could just be that my metabolism is fucked from aushwitz mode.
Iv never cooked a crab, pretty sure u just boil em in seasoned water or stock and eat them with butter tho. Maybe some American anon can give u a crab boil recipie but probably not worth it for 1 crab
>>
>>23366111
>Iv been at like 14 before
damn thats brutal
>the only reason I mentioned it is because when I was trying to get to a healthy weight I got used to eating insane amounts and I kinda overshot the mark and iv been overweight since :(
thats unfortunate, thanks for the heads up i guess ill keep this in mind, do you work out at all? taking up swimming might be a good idea
the crab is pre-boiled, im thinking of whipping together some hovmästarsås and just eat it with that kinda as is or maybe making some sort of crab pasta but i feel maybe that would be wasting the crab
>>

Thanks bro

I know what you mean. Here's the trick: You stack 10 phyllo sheets on top of each other (brushing butter and olive oil in between em) and you put the filling on top of them in one go, then you stack 10 more.

That way the sheets bake nicely and they stay crispy.

One time I didn't want to bother with putting filling in between every sheet and made it that way and it turned out better, the texture is way way nicer.

Look at how they puff up in picrel and made a barrier to the filling. Also don't put too much filling, a moderate amount goes a long way, at least that's how I prefer it.

It's a new method I started cooking my sea bream, I coat em in olive oil and then dip em in panko crumbs then lightly fry it in butter on a low heat, highly recommend. It takes 10-15 mins but it's so juicy and tasty.

Here are the two videos that I learned to bake bread from, if you ever decide to start. Very easy to follow, I still make this bread most of the time.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6RUDa0FKplk&t=1389s

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWbl3Sr2y1Y&t=577s

And here is a great channel for beginner bakers

https://www.youtube.com/@ChainBaker

It's a no fuss, straight to the point baking channel, with POV on how to bake almost anything.
>>
