>>23857622you'd be suprised how well the human body holds onto muscle mass when u have fat to burn. l had typed up a thing of suggestions but I've deleted it because at ur weight it dosent realy matter what u do as long as ur calories are low. just do whatever works for you but when u come off the liquid diet please make sure to slowly taper ur calories back up over the course of a month instead of just jumping back into normal food or you'll just rebound really fast due to ur metabolism being slow as fuck from the very restrictive diet.
