do you guys still keep the action figures you used to play with? at least you did that in childhood?
I used to make little stupid societies or villages -- basically world craft with all sorts of figures. It wasnt just action figures, I would also play with girl toys, baby toys -- whatever model or character that could fit in my narrative. I had so much damn fun doing that, even better at someone elses how or new location. To answer the question, no, all in the trash. Why trash? Dunno, i wanna say void because that makes more sense. The toys...just vanish as far as memory goes. Would I keep toys or stupid figures? Nah, not because I see myself as "Dr Professor Super Mature Adult person" but because I just dont value material objects without heavy sentimental value in then anymore. I have Sonic plushies, kirby one too and tons of book of stories i really like, and handheld consoles on display. That is about it.
>>23885494that's actually cute it’s interesting how you remember the feeling more than the toys themselves... and I get what you mean about not keeping things unless they have real sentimental valueI think it’s rare nowadays to find people who actually played with toys or kept them until now.. video games are pretty much what ended up replacing them nowthanks for sharing all that and for being so sincere
>>23885461>do you guys still keep the action figures you used to play with?no—when I was about eleven or so, my father one day decided I was too old for toys and childish things, and emptied out my room until it was quite spartan>at least you did that in childhood?of course
