bant for the last 30 minutes ive been having this weird pain/sore in my upper left chest area along with my upper left arm and left side of my neck
its not getting better
it also hurts to fully breath in
is this a heart attack
if so why are they so slow and boring

the "breathing in" thing is concerning, but i think it makes a heart attack less likely?
