It's repetitive stress injurys or pinched nerves either one is undiagnosable by a Dr I should know, only thing you can do is take ibuprofen to lessen the inner swelling
Also the older you get the worse it gets invest in some arthritis gloves and other assorted braces

I learned one thing in life, if doctors don't know what it is, then fight pain with pain. It helps me and helped my friend. I told him to try puting pins into his skin, but deep like 2cm. After some time of 15min with pins in his skin. That strange pain he got dissapeared, at least it didnt come like 3 years from now.
