Guys Bitcoin is dumping and alts are bleeding out. Should I just cut my losses and sell for my Dream House? I'm not certain the halving will help and I figure this is still close to ath that it's a good time to buy a nice house that's a good investment too. What do you think?

I bought in early 2021 when we were just starting our first cycle peak and when everyone was leaving aforementioned major city for the suburbs and prices were in freefall. Was underwater for the first year but rents are back up now, things have stabilized, I got it reappraised for much higher so that's nice. The train line my condo sits next to is also getting a huge refurbishment and the stations are being completely rebuilt, so I'm pretty bullish on the specific neighborhood I'm in too. Roommate has moved out and my gf (soon to be fiancee, hopefully) moved in last summer. Holding an insanely heavy crypto bag that I'll be dumping back in a boring index when we hit our cycle top in mid-late 25. Until then just need to keep my job and keep rugging third worlders on sol until my bag is sufficiently fat.
