The FINANCIAL PRODUCT was put on the PLATFORM (I.E. TOKENIZED). This could not be done without the permission of BlackRock. You cannot tokenize someone else's product that wouldn't make any sense. Tokenization is a proxy for ownership. If you don't own the fund you can't tokenize it. So if the fund is tokenized then obviously the owner, BlackRock, agreed to this.
