If you had a remote 6 figure job how would you spend your free time assuming you usually work like 2 hours a day? I'd like to spend the time productively, but it seems no side hustle/business will pay comparably to what I already make, especially if factoring the initial time where I make nothing/lose money, so it's like a poor ROI
Lift and cardio 2 hours a dayCook all meals from scratchPractice a language Pick up a manual hobby like gardening or wrenching. Congrats you're winning the economy in the current year, just disassociate about the whole wagie shift, improve yourself, live frugally and buy Bitcoin. I lost my fake work 6 figure remote job and I'm going to kms.
>>62142878>Lift and cardio 2 hours a dayI do this 3x a week from home. Full body. Got a 4-6x pack and good chunk of muscle updating my program every 8 weeks.>Cook all meals from scratchYep, I do this. All home cooked including the sourdough bread.>Practice a languageMight do this + travel more>Pick up a manual hobby like gardening or wrenching. Not into this one though.Still have a ton of free time and feel like I'm kind of going nowhere.>buy BitcoinAny thoughts on MSTR? I feel even if you buy the bottom on BTC this cycle it's just a 3x in 3 years. With MSTR I would think it's a 6x. Got 150k or so saved.
I'd just live in a trailer and work there while developing a property. At a minimum its worth the perpetuity of the mortgage minus the land cost if you live there and never even sell it.
>>62142917Not your keys not your coins. I don't trust Saylor.
>>62143028>Not your keys not your coins. I don't trust Saylor.I'm just not sure it's worth thinking this when it means losing out on a historic 2x additional returns. I'd be selling anyway by Q4 2028 to Q4 2029
Why not try harder at your job and earn better opportunities?
>>62142853spend time in hobbies and fitness
>>62142853>it seems no side hustle/business will pay comparablydo something that doesn't revolve around money you fuckin NPC wage slave
>>62143045Like what? My job offers time to work on-call, which I already do for like an extra $400 a day (usually doing nothing) and take up anyone else's shift that offers. Besides this there's nothing without taking up way more responsibility. For a while though I was jobstacking 2-3 jobs remotely, but it was pretty hellish with meetings. Honestly made more with crypto, but I lost of most of gains from getting greedy in memecoins. Tempted to keep trying to apply to jobs, but the market is horrible right now compared to before. As for crypto, tempting to just chill out while dcaing to BTC later and following any new narratives/early mania.>>62143050>fitnesspretty maxed for this without going the roid route. Been consistently working out for 15 years. I've hit my natty potnetial. It's really not that time consuming>hobbiesYeah, I mainly stick to this, but I always feel like I'm wasting my time. Like I was heavy into music production and DJing, but feel like a poser compared to the dudes making a living off it or feel discouraged when I see most successful at it are nepo babies who never worked a day job in their life. I then go back to trying to make more money to at least make a dent in changing my life (not waging anymore).>>62143053I grew up really poor, so its hard to shake off.
>>62143138why does it feel like a waste of time if you've already got a good job?do you really need more money?
>>62142878i do this and have become so fucking bored
>>62143138>Besides this there's nothing without taking up way more responsibility.Yeah so there's your problem your scared of responsibility
>>62143143I don't want to be in this guy's position >>62142878>I lost my fake work 6 figure remote job and I'm going to kms.I'm thinking it might be good to diversify my income just in case I lose my current gig. I'm kind of anxious it might happen one of these days. Luckily been 4 years strong at the same place now.>>62143150yeah, it's boring. Even playing video games more than 1-2 hours a day will get depressing. I try to be productive otherwise I lean the hedonism route with trying to fuck every girl I can off dating apps/social media. >>62143158Well, why take on more responsibility when I'm barely compensated for it? I work on average 2 hours a day for like 120k a year. If I take more responsibility for 130-150k I'd likely work 4-8 full hours a day, which is taxed at a high income bracket, so I keep even less of it. It's likely a bad deal. I also open myself as a target to be cut when there's layoffs. It's always the highest earning non-sales people who are first to go.
>>62143190>Doesn't have anything better to do with his time, but is scared of commiting his useless time to more responsibility in his jobYour just playing yourself
I do work around 2 hours a day but you're still on call and retards often ask you bullshit questions or even just telling them to fuck off ruins your concentration so I just waste my free time on 4chan or playing games
>>62142853Why do you care? There are no remote 6 figure jobs unless you are grandfathered in from covid era and you are irreplaceable to your company>inb4 nuh-uhThose literallywho 5-person companies that do WFH to save on office space are an extremely rare and irrelevant anomalies. Also look into hybrid jobs. They usually pay the same as onsite ones. Even if they allow only one day from home that's a ton of hours saved every week.
I spend my free time with my kidsIts great, my son has a fit and present dadIntense cardio in the morning too
>>62143291>Your just playing yourselfSure I'll just stress myself another 2-6 hours a day for no upside>>62143332>so I just waste my free time on 4chan or playing gamesyeah pretty much me>>62143334>There are no remote 6 figure jobs unless you are grandfathered in from covid era and you are irreplaceable to your companyPretty much me. Got the job in 2021 and luckily on a team where we manage enterprise clients, so it's not easy to just replace with someone else that doesn't have relationships with them or know their system architecture etc.>Also look into hybrid jobs.Yeah, I get offered these a good bit a few hours away in bigger cities. Likely will do this if I lose my current gig, so I guess it's not so bad.>>62143347That's nice. Wish you the best of luck. I've debated kids, but feel I'd have too much financial burden. Haven't met any wife quality girls who aren't NEETs/college girls studying something stupid like art.
I did have that for years and now it's gone
>>62143388>financial burdenits not expensivea dog costs more desuyou make the woman; you wont find her at 100%
>>62143450It'll add up, especially when likely no jobs exist in 20 years and they'll be forced to NEET with you forever. That's how it is for my younger brothers and half the people I know. I'd imagine it'll be much more severe later on. I guess it's more so of a responsibility burden and losing the freedom to be alone and travel etc when one feels like it. In all honesty it's probably just cope. I just don't like doing stuff with no upside. Kids are more like modern pets for most people.
