It was suppose to be a minor incision to fix a rare genetic anomaly in my left kidney, I woke up in the ICU and couldn't move, I was told there were complications and they had to change the surgey to a kidney bypass, which required opening my entire chest from my groin to my sternum.I was in critical condition and nearly died a few times from my body going haywire, and the surgey scar twisting and spasming in the worst pain I ever experienced.I'm still recovering now but still in intense pain, I got out of the hospital as soon as I was able to, because the nurses were not giving me pain medicine in fear I'd overdose so I was just sitting helpless.The doctors who performed it and hospital gave me the lowest dose lortab they could for 4 days and sent me on my way, and ignoring my requests for something stronger as I can't even sleep.Should I sue the hospital and doctor for this?(This is a business related discussion)
