I keep seeing people here, on twitter, and on preddit confused about whether or not they should exercise their warrants. Seriously why the fuck would you set aside money now to exercise a warrant for $32 while the stock has been below $28 this whole time? More so, why the fuck would you buy a warrant at $2 solely because you want to buy a share for $32 later? That's $34 for one share. And people are confused about this.The only goal of the warrants is to sell them to people who are desperate for them. And those are the people short on the warrants and short on gme itself. They aren't desperate to buy warrants yet because they still think they'll expire worthless. Imagine if gme rips to $60 in a matter of days like it did in 2024. The warrants will be valued a minimum of $28, and that isn't taking account for the desperation of short sellers that will pile in to buy the warrants because they have to.
The warrants can create a very unique scenario. If gme rips well above $32 and puts the warrants deep ITM, shorts on the warrants will scramble to buy them AND shorts on gme the stock will scramble to buy warrants just to exercise them to get a share of gme. This would be a short squeeze with an actively declining supply. And you just know that RC wants to exercise his 3 million warrants.Also fuck you sneedfag, I know you're going to steal this.
