the best and simplest recipe seems to be>avocado>milk>sweetened condensed milk and you basically just use the milk as a thinner until its the consistency you like. without looking at a video you would blend the sweetened condensed milk and avocado until you think it tastes good to you via your finger, then you add milk until its the thickness you want and you probably won't need a lot
