Found one of these livestock injection needles broken off in a porkchop I ordered.
It was pretty funny watching the waitstaff and the manager freak out and giving me free shit so I didn't sue them.
>>

One birthday party for me and my sister on a sweltering hot day my aunt broke the tip off an expensive knife in the middle of an ice cream cake.
>>
>>21660842
Why was she using an expensive knife to cut an ice cream cake
>>
>>21660844
She respected the ice cream cakes life and wanted to honor it for giving them nourishment
>>
>>21660848
kek
>>
>>21660785
How does that even happen?
>>21660842
Did you still eat it?
>>
>>21661320
They're used to inject marinade directly into the meat. I've seen other kinds of needles break so maybe that can, too
>>
>>21660773
What am i looking at?

Went to an Indian restaurant and everything tasted bad and overspiced, including the tea. Woke up that night and emptied by stomach and bowls into a toilet and then collapsed with fatigue for 3 days where I only was able to consume a small amount of Gatorade and ice cream. It felt like I was going to die.
The waiter was also mostly on his phone ignoring tables.
0/10 experience and will not eat Indian food

>sue them
For what? Jesus Christ the us are so fucking cucked. You really live in a dystopia.
>>
>>21660785
I found a bird feather in a gyros and told em its fine if they give me a desert on the house. It's a good strat.
>>

Bought a bunch of goyslop to celebrate I was recovering from a mild flu (aka covid) but it had no flavor at all so I threw the whole thing lmao

>Just enjoy a giant needle in your meat bro, no biggies
I know the suing culture in memerica is retarded and extremely jewish but you jumped over a totally legit ground for suing.
>>
>>21662058
I guess it's just a matter of culture, as you said. Where I live it would be unimaginable to sue for something like that, a lawyer would probably laugh in your face and tell you that you should look at what you eat instead of being an idiot acting like a golden retriever in front of a bowl of chow.
>>
>>21661927
Inherently prejudiced reply.
>>
>>21662062
Sorry to hear that, better luck in the next life buddy
>>
>>21662058
If he didn't get hurt then there's no legit ground
>>
>>21662159
Why are you like this
>>
>>21662225
Don't you have some human feces and needles to sift through your food for? Chop chop thirdie
>>
>>21662025
Never said I was going to sue them, but obviously they wanted to avoid a potential suit so they buttered me up with a comped meal and free desserts for the family.
It's also not crazy to want to sue if you bit into a needle, idk why you're trying to take some noblefag stance on this.
>>
>>21661459
Roach on the pizza.
>>
>>21662441
Food can kill people if prepared carelessly, it should be a concern for restaurants to be sued, mega chains at the very least. I hated working with my dipshit coworkers who didn't care about food safety.
>>
>>21660785
No cap you were set for life right there
>>
>At work
>Hungry
>Coworker offers to put in an UberJeets order
>Agree on BurgerFi
>Get it
>Eat it, good
>Suddenly tunnel vision
>The walls are closing in
>I'm going blind
>Also I gotta shit
>Poop
>Vision returns

And another time I got a chunk of tempered glass in my Panda Express order.
>>
>>21660785
Wtf is a "livestock injection needle?" You mean for vaccines while the animal is alive, or what? If so, you're full of shit because that would get caught at the meat processing facility, and if it didn't it would still be on the packing plant, not the restaurant. The restaurant would have insurance, and while I'm sure they didn't want bad publicity, I doubt very much that they gave two shits about you suing them.

Was this around the summer of 92?

Maybe you should read the thread before you post there, little buddy.

Are you retarded? Genuine question.

I went to a Chinese place once and it was exactly what I expected. Chinese themed food touched by Chinese-style people. :[
>>
>>21662025
Business negligence is (usually) taken very seriously in the US anon, I remember slipping and landing on my ass in the market and I had no less than three wagies instant transmission over to me making sure I was okay.
>>
>>21663386
The chinese places around here are usually made by hispanic style people...
>>
>>21660773
Not only was the food shit, but I lost my favorite diner

>At my favorite diner. They cooked a really nice steak.
>Went in to find the place being renovated, they hired new staff, and it was the busiest it had been in years.
>prefer it quiet, but love this place so still sit down
>Guess the place finally got some recognition and well deserved business
>Order my usual, looking forward to it.
>My steak took almost an hour and arrived unironically raw, they clearly forgot and tried rushing it out after barely a minute on the heat
>Find out the old cook doesn't work there anymore
>Find out it's because indians own the diner now
>Weeks later, smoking copium, go back to cement my fears
>picrel
>They called it "Lasagna"
>>
>>21663581
If you didn't dine and dash at that point, you have no moral fiber.
>>
i went to some random steak chain in downtown london and felt like the server was ignoring us all night while one loud table was getting all their attention.
he watched me type zero for the tip and seethed
