Thanks anon. I actually bought a turkey breast (full bird is impossible to find but that would be a huge undertaking and then a huge waste as well).

I'll roast the breast and make a sandwich with sourdough buns, the turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed tatoes, cranberry sauce, maybe something light like beans sprouts just to give it some chlorophyll. We'll see. Was going to mash some butternut but I doubted that would make it onto the sandwich. If it's not going on the sandwich it's been cut.
