My food bank haul
>>22252011came in clutch with the goldfish
>>22252011No clue what "french sauce" is. I'm guessing it's basically a shitty Alfredo sauce. Also I've never had canned pork. What should I do with it after cramming?
>>22252019Forgot pic
>>22252011Is that a paper bag of Benis?
>>22252019You should go back to redit
>>22252019mix it with bbq sauce
>>22252023yes. Green benis
>>22252024ive never been to redit
>>22252011Nice score
>>22252011Dude that red onion could win a beauty pageant. Shame it's going to have to be turned into poop real soon.
>>22252052are you talking about the one in the basket? The plastic red onion storage device?
@22252055
>>22252011Damn I pay like actual money for meat, pasta and cheese
>>22252011Nice house to be going to a food bank. Jeet detected.
How much of a selfish moron do you have to be to take food from people who really need it?
>>22252088nigger 'people who actually need it' are such retarded fat picky faggots. unless youre an abused or neglected minor or disabled, hunger in this country is fully fucking voluntary>t. fully employed neurotic fuck who digs in the trash behind food banks and combs the alleys on foodbank days
>>22252119Why do you search alleys for food?
>>22252083i just moved to a new state and have been staying with family. I just got a new job and have am waiting for my first paycheck. I dont eat all their food. I supply my own
>>22252011>>22252014those old bay goldfish are the only snack i've eaten a bag of in one sitting, but adding old bay to standard goldfish doesn't give me the same high
>>22252119You are incredibly selfish. Fuck you.
those goldfish bags could really be tossed to pigeons. they're not suitable for human consumption.
>>22252022that pork is like dog food, I got the beef one a few years back. the sauce is likely just a bechamel.
>>22252195>bechamelSpotted the third world piece of shit who forces this garbage meme nonstop
>>22252424You're so fucking boring, in every thread.
>>22252055kek bodied that freak
>>22252011That's some extremely good quality butter. It was my favorite when I lived in Seattle. Sadly not available where I am now.
Food bank mealIt's not bad. I drained the liquid from the canned pork and tossed it in a casserole dish to bake for awhile. In the meantime I sauted some onion and dumped the sauce into the pan. The french sauce is very sweet. I added salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne, and chili powder

>>22252131>I dont eat all their foodYeah you just eat someone else's food.
>>22252143He's right. Food is abundant. I lived/worked at a homeless shelter and we had so many food donations from the local grocery stores that we had to throw out most of it because no one could eat it.
>>22252982lol/ Its all donated from companies and they get more than they can give away
>>22252985>food bank>throws food instead of storing it in the safe
>>22252143>>22252119>>22252088As if it matters in the end. People who say this are completely, utterly ignorant to the current state of food production and insecurity in the United States. This isn't fucking Darfur or South Sudan, we are one of the fucking breadbaskets of the world. We produce more than enough to feed our entire population, the problem is distribution and waste, and to some extent, choice of crops. The surplus in this country is more than enough to stack every single food bank to the brim, but the government and corporations to an extent toss out or simply destroy surplus to inflate prices. Companies throw out shit that is past sell by date even though most of it is perfectly usable. A can of soup or crackers or a bottle of ketchup or lentils don't magically expire the day or month the tin or bag says it does. And frankly, I think more money from our tax base should go to food banks. It's certainly a better use of the funds than the hundreds of ways the US Government spends money. You know how much food one missile or a volley of 20mm rounds could buy? It's literally millions of dollars, it could feed thousands. So when somebody tells me they are using a food bank, good for them. Even if they don't "need" it. Otherwise society is just paying to waste food.
>>22253085no one is reading this slop post
>>22253085>You know how much food one missile or a volley of 20mm rounds could buy? It's literally millions of dollars, it could feed thousands. We need that money to bomb Palestinian children, bigot
>>22252119Kill yourself. I could be getting more ebt if boomers like you were all dead, so hurry the fuck up and have a heart attack. Cunt.
>>22253119I read all of it. What the fuck is wrong with you?
>>22252978This looks fucking amazing for a food bank meal. Good job, OP.Urrgghhh. I'm fasting right now and THIS might be what breaks me...
>>22253085You can live off of dumpster diving and food banks in any city of North America.>but slop slop slopThe term "slop" is a psyop.
>>22253177No you didn't
>>22253290I hate them!
>>22253085whats more, most of the foodbank food is ancient and already expired in a lot of areasim of the opinion foodbanks should have locations on college campuses not labelled as foodbanks to avoid the stigma, all that old ass pasta should go to people who can still digest it properly and need the carbs
>>22253174>>22252143>getting mad at a taxpaying dumpster diver>>22252083>>22252088>getting mad at people experiencing food insecurity utilizing resources designed to remediate food insecurity holy kek you people are going to heaven for sure
>>22253344He's not experiencing food security he posts on this board all the time people did some digging and found out that his house is worth 700k
>>22253344>believing in 'afterlife' locations
>>22253345He said he's staying with family. Read the thread.
>>22253345$700k really isn't that much these days. I live in what used to be an OK $150k house in the middle of nowhere. Now it's worth more than half a million even though I'm in a bad neighborhood thanks to (((affordable housing initiatives))) that have quadrupled my property taxes.
>>22253360I'm sorry that you're poor but op isn't he's just a bad person
>>22253355No he didn't stop gaslighting me
>>22253364I have $20 to my name. I am indeed poor
>>22253344imagine judging anyone or trying to insinuate where they go after death lmaoYou are the heretic, sorry.
>>22253364>you're poorYou're the one losing it over a $700k house but whatever.
>>22253379If you can afford a 700k house then you can afford groceries was my point. I'm guessing your op based on how incredibly defensive you are.
>>22253385>I'm guessing you're opNo, I'm the guy with the half million dollar house. I was just saying that $700k isn't outrageous these days. Also you're assuming he bought the house at $700k and that's assuming that this whole $700k house thing isn't just voices in your head. I have not rendered any opinion on OP going to a food bank but frankly I don't see a problem with it, I've been thinking about going to one myself. Sure you could argue that there are people who need it more than me but that's assuming that there isn't enough to go around and that those people are even showing up for ricin beans instead of using their EBT to fill up on chips & soda.
>>22253400Not reading this sorry
>>22252011Do you leech on them or are you a volunteer there?
>>22253318>im of the opinion foodbanks should have locations on college campuses not labelled as foodbanks to avoid the stigma, all that old ass pasta should go to people who can still digest it properly and need the carbsFunny you mention that, we had one on this campus I used to work IT at. They were in the library so you could tell people you were going to the library, and you could get shit from the food bank, where you'd already have your backpack and nobody was paying attention to other people as much as say, a gym or the cafeteria. I donated a few hundred bucks to them during the covid pandemic because the retards running that shit show took the student's all-you-can-eat from the campus cafe, which included staff and kids were basically starving, especially the schools atheletes.>>22253385It's a fucking dumb point. People can be in big houses and poor for all sorts of reasons. One is being grandfathered in from buying a house 20-30 years ago, so the mortgage is like, 500-900 a month or alkmost paid out. Another is inheriting paid off property so on paper it's worth 700K but the owner just has to pay HOA dues and property taxes, maintenance on occasion. And as others have mentioned, if you're unlucky enough to live in a high demand area/HCOL, that jacks up housing.>>22253407Bro are you so gonked out of your gourd from tik tok brainrots you can't read a few paragraphs? For fucks sake this is 4chan, a text-based imageboard. Reading is half the experience.>>22253411What the hell would that matter? Food banks don't need a surplus of labor-time from every person they serve, and on the same token, you aren't expected to pay back the value of food in volunteering. People who want to help can either apply for a volunteer slot, or more appropriately, donate cash, which food banks can turn around to buy wholesale foodstuffs.
>>22253419I'm not reading this either guys thank you and godbless
>>22253407It's 5 sentences you fag. Don't comment on the current intricacies of the cost of living if you can't be bothered to rub 2 brain cells together.
>>22252011>My food bank haulWhat is a food bank?
>>22253482I'm not reading this either please understand
>>22253367>widdle baby mad because wrong
What if I told you op was never doxxed and that I made it up completely. What if I then told you I regularly use the food bank myself despite being able to afford groceries because it is the smart thing to do. What then.
>>22253495OK.
>>22253524I'm not reading this
>>22253528You did, by nature of looking at it. The message was so simple as to be immediately understood. I made you my bitch and everyone saw it so I'll let you have the last word since you clearly need it.
>>22253530Yup that's right still not reading this
