That's the problem with Batman. His native setting is one where a fat, balding, midget in a top hat with an umbrella gun can feasibly kill him if he made one wrong step, but trying to make him relevant in the wider universe requires significant changes not just for his character, but that for others, and generally at their expense, just so he can justify his presence without getting instantly smashed into the pavement. So, for OP's question, assuming no plot armored bullshit involved, hell no.
