its obvious that kronk is one of a long line of young strapping men she takes under her wing, since Kuzko refers to him as "this year's model". However, Kronk sleeps in his own seperate tent, and is noticeably horrified at her sleeping form. so I don't think he's a lover, more of a handsome companion
