Harley's Holiday should have been her last appearance. Implying that she would get better, but leaving what that meant to the viewer was her best end. Maybe she married bruce. Maybe she got clean and stopped acting like an idiot. Maybe she ran around gotham acting like a bimbo but stopped crime. It was up to the viewer. Everything after world's finest and NA was a downgrade for the character. A trend that continues to this day.
