This is one of those shows where silly crazy characters deal with their emotional issues, they've been popping up a lot recently. But I hate how they do it here, where it's either loud melodramatic angst or boring rooftop conversations. It doesn't feel like human interactions, more like writers forcing exposition and monologues out of these characters so the audience gets VERY CLEAR what they're dealing with. Zero subtlety whatsoever. This short is far from the worst writing of the show, but it's emblematic of its problems where they want to be relatable and sentimental, but it feels forced and tacked on.
