First, this borders on unbelievable absurdity; while it's true that there were hints or 'glimpses' of the supernatural in the 'slice of life' of the show, it doesn't mean that it automatically becomes commonplace (especially in a world that is supposed to be or is established as real life); that undermines the essence of what defines or makes the 'supernatural' stand out... And more than in previous holidays specials all were focused in cotidian life context, and nothing out of it (speaking of magic, fantasy, paranormal enviroment, etc...).The only way to view and watch the product with some 'credibility' is if it, being an official work, is self-contained and do not diminish the canon or the universe/worldbuilding of the main show (like the Treehouse of Horror or Horror Stories of the Park as it was Regular Show, even The Shut of Amphibia one).But, what it's really already an annoyance, on the brink of outrageous exasperation, is that Lincoln...is the conflict/trouble plot...AGAIN!!!! Is it serious? Can't they watch beyond the edge of the show's creative writing? Because this is the third time in a third movie that they apply it again... And this seems to confirm, in a way to say, what's not openly said about it: that there's a hidden disdain towards the white-haired boy.
