>>154175430Man I dont get this guy at all. Every time that "I dont like rocks anymore" or whatever gets posted I roll my eyes a bit. I dont know if Im just hard to reach but his work doesnt touch me at all. I read comments on youtube and all of them are either having a breakdown and crying or they are waxing and wanning poetically. Baby's first existential dilemma. I also have nothing to contribute to the topic.
>>154175651you have to understand the majority of normaltards haven't processed anything that wasn't shown to them in media. They've never processed that they will only ever reincarnate as themselves, because the quantum position of atoms creates different universes for every axis. Yes/no multiverse is entry level bait, and the truth is that if even a single atom is rotated differently and none other change that is functionally a new universe. In the ageless words of wisdom you're here forever..
>>154175651>Man I dont get this guy at all. Every time that "I dont like rocks anymore" or whatever gets posted I roll my eyes a bit. Any comment on why? It's been a little since I watched WoT but iirc the "i don't like rocks" bit is just a bit of sardonic humor rather than the 'intellectual' part of the short. Hertzfeldt has a darker, slightly edgy humor type...so that mixed with his irony and high brow concepts can admittedly read as pretension to some. I think he does mix a good bit of sincerity in his works though.>>154175730>you have to understand the majority of normaltards haven't processed anything that wasn't shown to them in media."Normaltards" have no idea who Don Hertzfeldt is and have never watched World of Tomorrow. Your entire post may as well be bot ramblings.
>>154175895Pretending he's some unknown figure nobody but 4chan has ever heard of only exemplifies your own inability to see beyond the scope of your rationale. My dad knew who Hertzfeldt was before I did albeit he's a cinema junky, and the average normaltard is connected to the internet in ways your neural pathways haven't conceived possible. There's entire communities dedicated to spreading niche media like Hertzfeldt. There are more combinations of atomic states in one human body than there are atoms in the entire universe, and yet you're a retard in all of them
>>154175976>Pretending he's some unknown figure nobody but 4chan has ever heard of only exemplifies your own inability to see beyond the scope of your rationale. Nobody is doing this schizo. A 'normaltard' is some kid who spends his time watching Kai Cenat and playing fortnight while talking on discord, or working a 9 to 5 and coming home to watch the nicks playoffs. Why even bring up 4chan as some secret club shit? It's one of the biggest websites on the internet all things considered.>My dad knew who Hertzfeldt was before I did albeit he's a cinema junky, 'normaltards' aren't cinema junkies. Why would you use your dad an example when your father's own domain would put Hertzfeldt directly in his wheelhouse to know about? A normaltard is someone who would have trouble naming Fritz Lang even though he's one of the most influential directors of all time. >There are more combinations of atomic states in one human body than there are atoms in the entire universe, and yet you're a retard in all of them..and more bot slop..great..I'll give this thread one more bump because I like Hertzfeldt.
>>154176093>you like hertzfeldtwell I love him but you should realize>replying like thisdoesn't make you sound smarter because it's not a debate>but I'll reply anywaysbecause I jerked off to Emily Prime and simon porn and making fun of you retarded tourists is never not funny
