>>154272888This is an issue that's consuming other boards depending on where you head off to, but I think the biggest issue is that cross site hopping and its overlapping is killing certain boards, people falling into their own small communities as the feedback circlejerk loop goes on and on; I'm talking more so to places like /v/ which is just a glorified /b/ 2.0 that people treat as a twitter clone depending on where you go to.unless you're keeping up with the newest fads or media then you're left in a state where things feel a lot more dead as a result of reply feedback being a lot slower as the thread slowly gets taken to page 11 to naturally archive, and with the few select things certain people enjoy can be derailed or fucked over because of people trying to exercise "traditions" or somehow having a faggot mega autist that can just make the thread unbearable; off-topic threads that've fallen out of style due to the cultural changes also don't help with my personal retention of interest but these are my issues.I don't keep up with /co/ much, hell I'm no good willed individual who posts with the intention for discussion mostly because my interests are too niche but a lot of boards are currently worse with the already mentioned cross site overlap of users who, again, use it as a glorified twitter/discord clone.
