If you're downloading loras, make sure they match with the type of checkpoint you're using, but it's not TOTALLY required they match (sometimes).Just note that it can be a bitch to get really out-there scenarios to generate. I couldn't get anything like a belly harness/sling to generate at all, probably because there's very little stuff trained on that.
