This is fine for normal games but for size games you don't want hovering feet.- Level Of Detail becomes a non-trivial problem once feet have to become more detailed when you're about to be stomped, hands becoming more detailed once you're about to be picked up.- Something as simple as collision with the giantess becomes computationally very expensive in real time at scales of about 1:1000

Some of the last things posted on Kanahebi's Twitter looked like new potential areas/encounters. Also I've been playing Snatcher for the Sega CD recently, and I wonder if Little Snatcher was gonna copy some of its plot points (basically that synths/terminators are killing people and taking their place).
