"lodgings" here meaning some extremely tight cells, that can keep a few slaves each locked up for a few hours if need be. This would be primarily office jobs or other forms of knowledge work where they workers have to be free people, and thus would want their personal slaves to continue the same service they give at home. They'd be well behaved enough that you can expect them to quietly kneel next to a table while people are eating, but it's always good to have a place to store them.

I think I'd edge Rin quite a bit.
