Sometimes the factory bracelet can be a bit harder to remove than a band but any jewelry / watch place would probably do it for you.

Usually leather bands dont have a hole that fits right. It's either looser than id like or too tight so i just have to go a bit loose. With metal bands you can get them more dialed in (depending on the band). But these days i pretty much avoid bracelets that dont have on the fly quick adjust like pic related. Of course finding another bracelet that looks right with the watch can be pretty hard. There are some bands like mesh ones that dont have holes and let you just slide it to any sizing.
