Are there any other watches with arabic numerals, diving bezel and day/date at 3 o' clock? The Sinn 104 is almost perfect (41mm, top grade Sellita movement and exhibition caseback) but I can't stand the reverse bezel. Luminox has something similar (https://luminox.com/products/automatic-sport-timer-0921) but their watches are not known for their quality/durability according to my research.
